SHE FIGHTS BACK® is a unique self-defence program for women focusing on empowerment and street proven self-defence tools in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

SHE FIGHTS BACK® offers a range of programs ranging from a short 2-hour hands-on workshop to an ongoing weekly course.
